HFMS acts as a facilitator/advisor and does not directly lend money or underwrite insurance policies.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Submit valid documents as required
- Use services only for lawful purposes
- Understand that approvals are subject to third-party institutions (banks, NBFCs, insurers, AMCs)
HFMS is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
4. No Guarantee of Approval
Loan approvals, interest rates, insurance acceptance, and investment performance depend on third-party institutions and market conditions. HFMS does not guarantee approvals, returns, or specific financial outcomes.
5. Fees & Charges
Any applicable service charges, commissions, or fees will be disclosed to the client in advance where applicable. Fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
6. Confidentiality & Data Privacy
HFMS respects client confidentiality. All personal and financial information shared will be used solely for service-related purposes and may be shared with authorized third parties only as required to deliver services.
7. Investment & Market Risks
Investments in mutual funds and financial products are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Clients are advised to read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.
8. Limitation of Liability
HFMS shall not be held liable for:
- Decisions made based on client-provided information
- Actions or decisions of banks, insurers, AMCs, or regulators
- Market fluctuations or economic changes
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, materials, and branding associated with HFMS are the intellectual property of the firm and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
